Since you are here, you must be interested in my home in Culver City. This virtual tour contains many Hi-Res photos as well as descriptions. There are different pages/links below for different areas (bedrooms, 2nd floor etc).

Basics:

3 Stories.
4 Bedrooms.
3 baths.
Formal dining room.
Den.
674 Sq Ft Loft.
2 Fireplaces.
Pool.
2 1/2 Car garage (24x20). This a  "MAN'S garage". Fully insulted, & dry walled. Plumbed with multiple air compressor lines (good up to 300 PSI). Wired 50 amp 220 volt to run a Mig, Tig (that's man's Lingo), or any other 220V equipment. Very solid work bench.

Flooring:

1st floor: All bedrooms, living room, & dining room have Red Oak hardwood flooring. Both bathrooms have ceramic tile. Den is carpeted. Kitchen, & Laundry room is vinyl tiled (new).

2nd, & 3rd flooring is fully carpeted, except bathroom which is vinyl tiled.

Square Footage: The assessor lists the total footage as 2343 Sq Ft. The actual footage is approx. 3017 Sq Ft. You are now wondering "Why the discrepancy?".  In 1991 I was granted the permits by the Culver City building/engineering dept. to build  the 2nd, & 3rd floors. However, Culver City wanted an obscene amount of additional permit fees on any addition that exceeded 2500 Sq Ft (in total). Basically a "LUXURY TAX/FEE". In addition the 3rd floor would have constituted a 5th bedroom, thus the requirement of an "Additional ON SITE parking space" would have been necessary. So I had no other choice but to declare the 3rd floor as a "Storage area". The 3rd floor was still built (& engineered very strong) as it was originally submitted (and approved) to Culver City. Just about at the end of the construction (in 1992) one of the building inspectors saw the stairs leading to the 3rd floor, & said "You know that those stairs are not suppose to be there. I suggest that you put the stairs on wheels. What you do with them after I am gone is up to you". I thought it was amusing. He knew what I was going to do. He was fully aware that I was going to put the stairs back in.

Below are the links to the "AREA" pages which will take you to see many quality photos (w/descriptions) . Below the links are photo FLOOR PLANS. Have fun, and I hope you enjoy my presentation.
