EXAMPLES OF VARIOUS DELIVERY OPTIONS

You may be surprised that most of the structures we sell come delivered fully assembled and ready for same day use.  Although it may seem impossible to deliver some of our buildings fully assembled, it's actually very common and pretty easy to do.  We are only limited by state and highway regulations that limit the size we can legally drive down the road. 

STANDARD DELIVERY OF A RUN-IN SHED

We can usually deliver any structure up to16' feet in total width and up to a maximum of roughly 50 feet in length. There is also a height restriction of 14 feet that we cannot go over. 

Remember that although we can easily drive a 16'x50' building down the highway, we may not be able to get into your neighborhood or directly to your sites location.  Don't worry, there are still numerous options that are available to you if this is the case.

Most of our deliveries are done using our 24' hydraulic trailer with a 6' extension used for larger structures. This allows us to safely deliver any structure up to roughly 36' in length.  For structures longer than this we usually have the manufacturing plant deliver straight to you. 

Kit forms that either you can build, or we can build for you at a fee of roughly 20-30% of the total invoice price are available on only select structures.  Cranes are also sometimes used to place your structure into very tight areas.

We understand that it is not always possible for the home owner to determine if the site is safely accessible or not.  If this is the case please contact us and be prepared to provide either a simple drawing of your property or pictures of the obstacle in question.  If need be we can usually set-up an inspection date and either help determine the safest possible route, tell you what needs to be moved or done to make it possible, or talk about other available options like having it craned in or built on-site from a kit.

We reserve the right to reschedule deliveries due to inclement weather, periods of excessive rain, or other events beyond our control.  When possible we prefer having the home owner present when we deliver your structure, but you are not required to be there.  We will also not be held reliable for any damage caused to the customer's lawns, pastures, fences, gates, structures, buildings, animals, wires, cables, septic tanks, pipes, or other property whatsoever.  It is up to the customer to verify the safest route to the structures location.

EXAMPLE OF DOLLY WHEEL DELIVERY When the desired site location is too narrow for our truck, our first option would be to use dolly wheels to either use man power to push it into place, or use our front end loader for heavier buildings.  Here we simply pushed the shed the extra 100' feet to the desired site.  Click HERE to see the gallery.

Here's a 30'x30' Monitor Barn that the customer wanted to use simply for storage.  It took 3 deliveries, and only 1 day to erect.  Click HERE to see the gallery of the building being erected.

 

EXAMPLE OF WOOD OCTAGON GAZEBO ASSEMBLED FROM AVAILABLE KIT
This customer decided it would be cost efficient to have the Gazebo built from kit rather than craned in.  The structure was built to almost completion, painted/stained, disassembled, then reassembled on their property.  Some customers prefer to save some money and reassemble it themselves, but we do offer this at an additional fee.  It really depends on the circumstances, the size of the structure, and your budget.
