What is the file manager and how do I use it?
The file manager will let you upload and manage your files similar to the image manager, but it is better situated to dealing with all files types.

To use the file manager, log in to DataZap, and select file manager from the main menu. You can create a sub-folder by typing in the name that you would like to call it and then clicking on subdirectory in the box at the upper left. Then click on make folder. To upload a file, go to the directory that you would like to upload the file to, then click on the upload link on the upper right hand side. Next, select how many files that you would like to upload at a time from the menu at the top of the page. After selecting your files, click on the upload button at the bottom of the page. To remove files, select the box all the way to the left of the files you would like to delete, and then click on delete To rename a file, select it by putting a check mark in the box next to its name, and then clicking on the rename link.

What is the auction listing helper?
The auction listing helper is a system that was really built for someone who doesn't know how to write html, but would like to be able to quickly and easily create a professional looking listing. It is the easiest of all the datazap managers and is even being used by power sellers.

After you login, select auction listing helper from the menu.
Step 1: Upload your files. Select the files that you would like to upload by clicking on the browse button, and then select the images that you would like to upload or select images that you have already uploaded with the file manager. Then click the next button on the bottom of the screen.
Step 2: Select a template. You will find several templates to choose from. Click on the radio button beside the number of the template to select that template. Then select a background color or background for your listing (you can even upload your own background by clicking on the upload button under the backgrounds).
Step 3: Put in your text. I normally put my description in the first textbox, and things like billing and shipping information in the second text box.
Step 4: Get your html. Click on preview if you would like to see what your listing will look like. Click on select all, and then select copy from the edit menu of your browser. Next, go to your auction, and paste this code into the "description" of your auction, and that is it.
